Note: You cannot share an email account with another Member, as our system uses the email as the unique identifier between different accounts. You must provide one separate from your spouse’s or whomever you may share an account with.
I'm having problems logging into my account with my email. What should I do?
Please make sure you have activated your account. If you have already done this, make sure the email account you signed up with is the same one you’re trying to login in with. If it is and you’re still having problems, please fill in our contact form and we will investigate the issue further for you.
How do I earn CivicPoints?
All members can earn CivicPoints!
When buying tickets online: log in using your username and password. All your purchases will automatically add to your points balance.
When you visit the box office or concession in person: bring your membership card so we can add points to your balance. (Earn 10 points for every $1 spent)
How do I redeem CivicPoints?*
CivicPoints can be redeemed at 100 points per $1. You can use your CivicPoints for a discount on tickets and food & drink items when purchasing on-site at the theatre.
How can I check my CivicPoints balance?
Every time you log in to the member portal using your username and password, you will see your balance. You can also ask at the box office or concession when you visit The Civic Theatre in person.
Can I get member pricing online?
Yes! We are pleased to offer member pricing online. To see member pricing, you simply need to login before you purchase your tickets.
What if I've forgotten my membership card?
We encourage you to bring your cardbut in the event that youforget, a piece of ID with your name on it will suffice to prove membership.
