The Civic Theatre is pleased to support local non-profit organizations and charities by donating tickets to support their fundraising and special events.

Guidelines For Ticket Donations

  • Please submit your request at least 6 weeks in advance of your event
  • Preference may be given to groups that have not received our support in the past
  • Each organization is eligible to apply for one donation per year
  • Special consideration may be given to organizations that recognize The Civic Theatre through signage and other recognition, cross-promotional opportunities, and reciprocal donations
  • Redemption is subject to seat availability
  • Tickets are non-redeemable for third party hosted shows at The Civic Theatre
  • Donations will be available for pick up at The Civic Theatre
  • Other restrictions may apply
  • Donated tickets have no cash value

How To Make Your Request

Please fill in our application form, and include the following information:

  1. The goal of your event
  2. A description of your target audience
  3. How a donations will be used (live auction, silent auction, raffle, door prize, etc.)
  4. Other relevant information
