I’m having problems logging into my account with my email? What should I do?

Make sure the email account you signed up with is the same one you’re trying to login in with. If it is and you’re still having problems, please email so we can check that your email is the same as the one we have on file.

Note: You cannot share an email account with another Member, as our system uses the email as the unique identifier between different accounts. You must provide one separate from your spouse’s or whomever you may share an account with.

I’ve signed up for CivicPoints. Now what do I do to earn them?

When you go to to buy tickets, log in using your username and password. All your purchases will automatically add to your points balance. When you visit the box office or concession in person, you can give your name, phone number or email address on your CivicPoints account, or swipe your card, and your purchase will also automatically add to your points balance as well.

How can I check my CivicPoints balance?

Every time you log in to using your username and password, you will see your balance. You can also ask at the box office or concession when you visit The Civic Theatre in person.

Can I get member pricing online now?

Yes! Starting September 22, 2017, we are pleased to finally be able to offer member pricing online. To see member pricing, you simply need to login before you purchase your tickets.

What changes are happening with The Civic Theatre’s membership card this year?

If you’ve been a member for a while, you’ll remember our changes in membership cards. We are confident that this is the last shift, as we are moving to a plastic pre-printed card with a magnetic strip, which will store your membership information, and record and redeem your CivicPoints. Our new cards will be available starting September 22, 2017, and we can give you a new one at the box office or at the membership table the next time you are at the theatre.

Do I need my card with me to get my membership discount or accumulate CivicPoints?

Bringing your card with you is better, as swiping your card will always be faster than looking you up in our system, but if you arrive at the theatre without your card, a piece of ID with your name on it will suffice to prove membership.

What happened to the Family membership?

We have discontinued the Family membership this year, as it presents a logistical challenge in our new membership system. However, we are confident that families will continue to see savings through a combination of the changes to our regular membership prices, deeper discount in member-priced ticket sales, and the availability of member pricing through our online box office.

2017 Changes to our Ticket Prices

Non-member tickets will see an increase of $1 per ticket as of September 22, 2017, but member pricing will remain the same – now a $2 discount!

Also beginning on September 22, 2017, The Civic Theatre will begin to charge a $1 per ticket Facility Improvement Fee. This fee will support expenses related to the ongoing maintenance and repair of our venue.
